6 hours in a car that downed two six packs of PBR and chainsmoked the whole time, with a pitbull on my lap. Would not sit in the middle seat because everyone else was a dude.
Week and a half in Boston. Fidget studied and I got super sick. Hiked in Western Mass and then on the way out our friends' car lost its brakes going downhill in the snow on a cliff. We had a pleasant several hours wait for the tow, eating soup and trampsing in snow, despite the near death moment. There was a banner drop for Copenhagen, lots of biking in near-zero degree nights, hanging on BU rooftops, and a trip to Providence. What the fuck else all happened?
[EDIT: Oh yes! Saw the Star Fucking Hipsters and while as one of what? three girls in the pit had the most vivid fantasy that the asshole who maybe grabbed my butt would do it one more time, but this time in like a really obvious, unambiguous way, and I would be able to flip around really fast, grab his wrist, and just start wailing at his face with my fist and knee him in the balls and stomach and shove him to the ground and just hit and hit and hit and nobody would notice or pull me off him until he was coughing blood because the pit was pretty hard and tight, so they wouldn't have seen us on the ground. Why don't they ever molest when we're actually fuckin ready to fight back (as opposed to on my merry way, in which case I usually respond by being shocked, silent, and/or scared). Also, I was pissed because you'd think with a GIRL FRONTED BAND you would at least have some more girls in the pit UGHHHHH]
Took a plane to Seattle, made it out of the Northeast by the skin of our teeth before the snow hit. Recently had a big Conversation about how norms make me uncomfortable, especially football playing, beautiful bodied, make-up wearing, socially adjusted westcoast liberals. "Listen, Fidge, I am not trying to make a value judgment here, but your friends are my Enemies." Saw Otr and his bombass co-op. It is 50 degrees.
Finished the Lord of the Rings. Currently reading Hothead Paisan, avenger of all that is wrong. Sick as bawls.
